Breaking through to New Levels of Agile Leadership

Everyone is talking about agile leadership. But why? What is it, exactly, and how do you put it into action on a daily basis?

This evening, you’ll be introduced to a provocative new way of thinking about agile leadership and why it takes more than adopting an agile mindset.

You’ll learn about research on how highly agile leaders think and act in leading organizational change, creating agile management teams, and navigating pivotal conversations. You’ll also learn how leaders grow through three distinct stages as they develop their agility.

But it won’t stop with new ideas. You’ll hear real-life examples of how managers have become “Catalyst” leaders – the level of agility best suited to today’s VUCA environment, yet practiced by only about 10% of today’s leaders.

You’ll also participate in a robust group discussion, where you’ll share your own experiences and insights, and delve deeper into the possibilities of agile leadership.

This evening is going to be held in English.
